edubuntu-netboot software package provides Netboot configuration tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install edubuntu-netboot
edubuntu-netboot is installed in your system.
Make ensure the edubuntu-netboot package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep edubuntu-netboot *
You will get with edubuntu-netboot package name, version, architecture and description in a table
